Marketing your business at Tradeshows
I know I decided that this was a blog about blogging, but I guess, every now and then when I find blogs of interest to emerging exporters and other small businesses I’ll link to them. Like this one by Paula Sanotrini called New Businesses – Save Costs And Market Effectively at Tradeshows.

“What is the main purpose when running a business? To provide services? Maybe. To help those who cannot help themselves? Partly true. To create a network? No, you need a network of contacts BEFORE starting a business. So the main purpose is none other than the fundamental truth in economics – to make money.
Ask any business or organization what their goals are; they are all profit oriented. Anything that does not bring them money should be rejected. Those items that may cost them money should be questioned. If the business is not making a profit or it is just enough to cover the cost for a long period of time, the boss and the investors should take a second look on whether to continue it. Money is the main reason for a business to keep on going.” Read more.
